Recipe from Ani's Raw Food Essentials
Ani Phyo
1 c. mashed banana, packed (about 2 whole)
1/2 c. flax meal
1/2 c. water, or as needed
Place the banana in the bottom of a high-speed blender. Add the flax meal and water and blend until smooth. Spread the mixture evenly in Dehydrator and dehydrate for 4-6 hours at 104, or until completely dried.
Inside the crepes we put sliced apples covered in date syrup.
1 avocado, diced
¼ c raw agave nectar, or more to taste (or maple syrup)
¼ c cocoa powder
¼ c water (or coconut milk)
2 t vanilla extract
¼ t sea salt
Place avocado, agave nectar, cocoa powder, vanilla extract and sea salt in a blender. Gradually add 1 tablespoon of water at a time to achieve a creamy consistency.
