Protein Bars
One recipe for protein bars are posted. I have two more if anyone is interested. I really, really enjoy these. I freeze them into small servings and take them with me to work to give me a boost throughout the day! They totally hit my sweet spot that I have daily! :)

Fried Rice
Zoe is one of the pickiest eaters I know. So, I have added a kid friendly section to my blog, to help those that want their kiddos to eat, but also want to enjoy their meals as adults too. To start, I have added my favorite Pineapple Fried Rice. Zoe absolutely loves it every time! Enjoy!

To all my friends and family and anyone that finds this interesting
I have officially been vegan for about three years. Yes, I have to admit, I have occasionally tasted dairy and (cough, cough) meat...and have decided that it does not go with my values nor does it agree with my body chemistry. So...for all those that know me....and for those yet to know me...I am bringing to you a wonderful new blog (which my geeky husband will fix up for me as I am not tech savvy) to introduce to you my way of eating. Please, if you have suggestions on what to add to this blog I am all ears (that is, unless you suggest meat or dairy which I know my family will be tempted to do). Eventually as this blog site gets up and running I hope to have my favorite websites, recipes, and recommendations for cookbooks. But as we all know great things take time....so for now be patient and later enjoy!
